At Frock Boudoir we do not charge you for the delivery of your goods but if you are not happy with your purchases and request a return or an exchange you will be charged an additional 2 KD by our courier service

Return/exchange policy
If you would like to return/exchange any items you have purchased please contact us at info@frockboudoir.com and we will assist you. Our return/exchange policy is only liable for 7 days from purchasing the merchandise. All returned or exchanged items must not be worn or damaged and all labelling must be on before return. We are more than willing to exchange items for another size or colour if available please contact us at Frockboudoir@hotmail.com and we will assist you If you would like to return the goods and you have paid by credit card a full refund will be made within 30 days pluse an additional cost of 2 kd . If you have paid by cash on delivery you will get full cash refund and you will be charged an additional 2 kd. At Frock Boudoir we do not charge you for the delivery service but in the case of a return/exchange we charge an additional 2 KD to your total amount .
Items in the sale or clearance are not accepted for return Beauty products, lingerie and jewellery are non returnable nor exchangeable
All special orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days - however a down payment of 50% must be paied once the order is made and the remaining 50% be payed once the order arrives to your door
All Special Order Graments are NOT exchangable Nor returnable (therefor we advise all our customers to be sure of the items they want befor they order them
Cancellation of order
If the order is dispatched you may no longer cancel but you can return the items or exchange it

At Frock Boudoir we accept two types of payment (COD) cash on delivery and pay online by credit card both payments are very safe and reliable. However at the moment we only accept cash on delivery .
