At Frock Boudoir we have a 7 day return policy if you have paid by credit card you will get a full refund to your credit card within 30 days pluse you will be charged an additional 2 kd by aramex for thepick up of the items you want to return
If you pay by cash on delivery you will get full cash refund by delivery plus an additional charge of 2kd by aramex
At Frock Boudoir all products marked Special Order are NOT RETURABLE OR EXCHANGABLE
- All our returned products will undergo quality checks and garments that have been worn and tags have been removed are not returnable
- We suggest that shoes be worn under carpet so they are not scratched or damaged when they are returned
- Undergarments-swimwear-sleepwear noun returnable
Exchange policy
- We exchange a product for a different size or colour if available
- All noun fashion products are exchangeable
- Undergarments, swimwear, sleepwear and jewellery are noun exchangeable
